Booking an Appointment- Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be booked directly through our website or by contacting us at 210-549-7363. We encourage you to schedule your appointment in advance to ensure availability. Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Please review the details and let us know if there are any discrepancies. Payment: Some services may require a deposit before booking. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Cancellation and Rescheduling- Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a non-refund of the deposit. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of the deposit. Emergency Cancellations: In the case of an emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable accommodations to assist with rescheduling or cancellation. Late Arrivals- Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten the service. Late arrivals could be subject to a reduced service time or a loss of deposit. Refunds- Refund Policy: Refunds are not typically provided for booked services unless the cancellation falls within the specified cancellation window. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us directly. Changes to the Policy- Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
